Reiki Healing

Reiki is probably one of the most gentle of hands on therapies, giving strength and permission to the body to heal itself.

For the Reiki practitioner the action is one of non action, for the Spirit Breath (Reiki) moves of its own accord.  The “energy” of Reiki is channelled through the practitioner directly into the recipient via the hands without being affected by the practitioner.
